•Own and deliver design-engineering features, from concept to production, combining UI/UX design with code implementation.
•Contribute to and expand the in-house design system, building flexible, composable components used across the product.
•Collaborate with Product Engineers to improve information hierarchy, data models, and user flows based on customer feedback.
•Redesign and optimize user interfaces (mobile web and web) to improve scannability and usability for recruiters and candidates.
•Work with cross-functional teams across the Americas to ensure fast iteration and shipping of features with clear ownership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 162,000 - 198,000 annually
