Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver design-engineering features, from concept to production, combining UI/UX design with code implementation.
  • •Contribute to and expand the in-house design system, building flexible, composable components used across the product.
  • •Collaborate with Product Engineers to improve information hierarchy, data models, and user flows based on customer feedback.
  • •Redesign and optimize user interfaces (mobile web and web) to improve scannability and usability for recruiters and candidates.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams across the Americas to ensure fast iteration and shipping of features with clear ownership.
