Job Summary

Lead end-to-end server deployment projects in hyperscale data centers, from planning through execution and closing. Build and manage deployment schedules, identify risks, and ensure milestone delivery while coordinating cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, and Data Center Development. Partner with vendors to maintain quality and delivery. Use performance and capacity metrics to recommend upgrades, improve monitoring/reporting, and support energy efficiency and sustainability goals, with executive stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the full lifecycle of complex server deployment projects in large-scale data centers, from planning and execution through closing.
•Develop and manage server deployment schedules, identifying risks and mitigation strategies to deliver milestones and objectives on time.
•Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams including Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, and Data Center Development.
•Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and effective communication.
•Evaluate server performance and infrastructure, then recommend improvements and upgrades; develop and refine monitoring and reporting processes for capacity and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
•Proven technical program management experience focused on server deployment and capacity planning in large-scale data centers, including success leading complex multi-site projects and cross-functional collaboration.
•Familiarity with Linux, data center facilities, Python, automation, and advanced data analytics.
•Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills across teams and executive stakeholders.
•Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of teams and stakeholders; cross-region deployment experience is advantageous.
