Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, simulate, and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems.
  • •Derive specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits.
  • •Develop Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe or CMOS processes.
  • •Partition functions between hardware and software with system architects, modem/DSP, and ASIC engineers.
  • •Assist with prototype evaluation and characterization, including test lab equipment support and manufacturing testing/qualification.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of RF integrated circuit experience.
  • •Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or another engineering discipline.
  • •Ability to design, analyze, and simulate linear and non-linear analog/mixed-signal/RF circuits (e.g., PLLs, oscillators, mixers, filters, low-noise and power amplifiers).
  • •Experience with simulation tools such as Spectre, ADS, HFSS, or Momentum.
  • •Knowledge of digital communication systems and RF transceiver architectures, including modulation techniques like QPSK, APSK, and QAM.
