Operations Supervisor- The Dome by Rutter Mills

Oversee daily venue operations for The Dome by Rutter Mills, partnering with the Ops Manager to ensure smooth day-of-show execution, changeovers, and building maintenance. You’ll conduct inspections for cleanliness and readiness, handle real-time operational issues, and coordinate guest support through the M.O.D. role. Lead and mentor team members, maintain SOP compliance, and support safety and service standards while managing opening, running, and closing duties.
