Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business requirements into scalable marketing technology and Salesforce solutions using configuration, custom development, APIs, and integration platforms.
  • •Build and enhance lead capture, conversion, qualification, scoring, routing, and lifecycle management capabilities.
  • •Administer and integrate marketing/enrichment platforms (FCI, LeanData, Ortoo) and maintain integrations across Salesforce, marketing automation, outreach, analytics, and downstream systems.
  • •Support campaign management and attribution, audience segmentation, campaign member management, and marketing performance workflows.
  • •Develop scalable account and territory planning capabilities, including partner onboarding/portal experiences and activity management/outreach workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development or enterprise business systems engineering experience.
  • •Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce platform automation.
  • •Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python and JavaScript) for reusable automation, data transformation, and integration services.
  • •Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification required.
