Job Summary

Serve as a supply chain planning subject matter expert and strategic advisor for major transformation initiatives. You’ll validate solution designs and recommend improvements that increase material availability, inventory performance, productivity, and reduce cost. Partnering across Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, Finance, Procurement, and Programs, you’ll design and continuously improve planning processes and operating models, analyzing data and supporting organizational change to drive sustained adoption.

•Challenge current and future-state business processes, systems, requirements, and solution designs to deliver best-in-class planning capabilities.
•Lead the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of planning processes, operating models, and decision-support capabilities.
•Analyze operational and financial data and partner cross-functionally to translate challenges into practical, scalable transformation solutions.

•Experience with inventory optimization, forecasting, demand planning, service parts planning, or supply chain planning systems.
•Experience with SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Excel, or other analytical and reporting tools.
