Job Summary

Design, deploy, and support secure, scalable application platforms across hybrid cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance. Lead incident management and root-cause analysis for critical production issues, and drive automation to reduce MTTR and outage windows. Build application infrastructure architectures and implement DevOps/DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and proactive observability. Provide technical leadership and cross-team coordination, including 24x7 on-call rotation as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and support production application environments to ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security.
•Lead incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for critical production issues.
•Design and maintain application infrastructure architectures across hybrid cloud platforms (On Prem, SaaS, PaaS).
•Implement DevOps/DevSecOps practices including CI/CD, automation, security analysis, remediation, and integration.
•Reduce MTTR and outage windows using automation, proactive monitoring, and observability; coordinate troubleshooting with application, network, security, and platform teams.

Salary: INR 2,549,100 - 4,248,500 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in Application Infrastructure Design, DevOps/DevSecOps, and Enterprise IT Operations in large-scale enterprise environments.
•Experience designing and operating application infrastructure architectures across hybrid platforms (On-Prem, SaaS, PaaS).
•Hands-on experience with Operating Systems: Linux, Windows, and AIX.
•Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure (including familiarity with AWS/Azure for scalable AI implementation).
•Experience implementing CI/CD and automation using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Control-M, Ansible, Terraform, and scripting.
