Key Responsibilities

  • •Align TDT CMOS device development and technology transfer objectives with Micron Technology Development sites.
  • •Coordinate cross-site collaboration with Design, TCAD, Modeling, and Product Engineering groups to enable device and circuit improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop and mature new technology nodes to achieve manufacturing capability and program metrics while meeting electrical/performance/power/variability/reliability targets.
  • •Facilitate successful technology transfer and production ramp by partnering closely with manufacturing fabs and device/process integration teams.
  • •Lead future CMOS device architecture exploration (including non-planar transistor technologies) and apply AI/ML, advanced analytics, and automation to accelerate technology development and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of semiconductor industry experience in CMOS device design, process integration, and fabrication technologies.
  • •Strong semiconductor device physics knowledge, including transistor fundamentals, process integration, variability/reliability, and characterization techniques.
  • •Experience using process and device TCAD simulation tools (e.g., Synopsys Sentaurus or equivalent).
  • •Experience with data analysis and statistical/DOE methodologies (e.g., JMP, CEDA, Python, MATLAB or equivalent).
