Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Lead plant operations during the 2nd shift, driving daily production plans to hit quality, productivity, safety, and cost targets. You’ll identify production constraints and coordinate structured problem-solving to remove bottlenecks, monitor performance against standards, and sustain continuous improvement. Through coaching, training, and effective shift handoffs, you’ll build an engaged workforce while supporting sanitation, food-safety practices, and company safety compliance.
