Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the voice of the consumer across the Beverages cluster and relevant AFH/Growth Channel teams in Australia and New Zealand.
  • •Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business questions and build actionable insight plans.
  • •Lead qualitative, quantitative, and sensory research from brief development through commissioning, debrief, and business implications.
  • •Synthesize multiple data sources (including desk research as needed) into clear learnings, recommendations, and decision support.
  • •Support success measures for marketing activity, manage elements of the insights budget, and contribute thought leadership on consumer/category/channel trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, consumer insights, market research, or a related field.
  • •Experience in FMCG or another fast-paced consumer environment (preferred).

  • •A track record of using insights to shape marketing or commercial decisions.
  • •Strong analytical skills and project management to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
