Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, including customer integrations and multi-system data-sharing use cases.
  • •Translate technical requirements and Statement of Work scope into execution plans, timelines, and resourcing.
  • •Coordinate between Engineering/Implementation, Product, and customer-facing teams to ensure accurate handoffs and shared understanding of scope and expansion opportunities.
  • •Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; resolve blockers and escalate when needed.
  • •Manage and report budget, billable hours, project status, and maintain project documentation including SOWs, scope changes, issues logs, and time/invoice tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6+ years of experience in technical or SaaS project management delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
  • •Understand how systems fit together, working comfortably with APIs, data models, and integration workflows (no code required).
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Strong risk identification, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • •Experience in healthcare data, health tech, or integration environments (FHIR, HL7, CCD) and/or EHR systems; PMP/PMI-ACP preferred.
