Key Responsibilities

•EUC project management and delivery: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage and deliver EUC projects on time and within budget, and integrate AI and automation tools to streamline workflows.
•Administration of Microsoft technologies: Administer, maintain, and support Entra, Intune, and O365, and develop automated workflows for provisioning, patch management, software distribution, and compliance monitoring.
•Device management and automation: Manage end-user devices (laptops, smartphones, tablets), ensuring security and compliance, and use automation to streamline updates and patches.
•Technical troubleshooting and AI-driven solutions: Troubleshoot EUC issues using AI-powered diagnostic tools and predictive analytics to proactively identify and address potential problems.
•Technical documentation and knowledge sharing: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and training materials using AI-based knowledge management systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an EUC Engineer or similar IT Infrastructure role.
•Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues.
•Familiarity with IT infrastructure technologies such as Networking, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), AWS Cloud, and Information Security.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Entra, O365, and Intune.
