Job Summary

Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse safety programs aligned with OSHA and company standards. Lead initiatives such as the Trailer Dock Release (TDR) and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) safety compliance, and oversee documentation, training records, audits, and incident investigations. Serve as the primary point of contact for OSHA compliance and risk management, coaching associates and leaders to reinforce safe work practices and reduce workplace incidents.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse safety policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with OSHA and company standards.
•Lead the Trailer Dock Release (TDR) program and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) safety compliance initiatives.
•Maintain safety manuals, documentation, and training records in coordination with the learning manager.
•Oversee onboarding and refresher safety training, including PIT certification, hazard awareness, and emergency response.
•Conduct safety audits and lead incident investigations, documenting hazards and tracking corrective/preventive actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,547 - 128,750

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
•3–5 years of safety, compliance, or risk management experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.
•Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, warehouse safety standards, and accident prevention programs.
•Experience leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
•Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
