Lead and manage schedule planning and control for multiple transit/rail projects in New York, driving CPM scheduling via Primavera P6, performing earned value analysis, time-impact analyses, and change management to support project delivery and client programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Schedule management to support client programs or projects including design and construction projects.
•Develop, update and analyze detailed execution schedules for multiple projects being executed simultaneously.
•Develop baseline schedule and review baseline durations, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, resource histograms.
•Identify and analyze schedule critical path/near critical path activities for reasonableness, relevance, and accuracy.
•Review periodic CPM schedule updates, provide Primavera schedule comparison reports and detailed reviews.

Salary: USD 174,400 - 213,200 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in developing and managing complex project schedules.
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field.
•Experienced with critical path method analysis using Primavera P6.
•Prior experience on transit & rail projects involving track work, CBTC systems.
•Change Order and Time Impact Analysis experience.
