Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule management to support client programs or projects including design and construction projects.
  • •Develop, update and analyze detailed execution schedules for multiple projects being executed simultaneously.
  • •Develop baseline schedule and review baseline durations, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, resource histograms.
  • •Identify and analyze schedule critical path/near critical path activities for reasonableness, relevance, and accuracy.
  • •Review periodic CPM schedule updates, provide Primavera schedule comparison reports and detailed reviews.

Key Requirements
