Provide a warm, knowledgeable in-store experience by advising customers on products that match their style and lifestyle. Engage guests with strong product knowledge, ask follow-up questions, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks that drive sales. Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization and POS transactions, and deliver feedback in a constructive way. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends during peak retail periods.
