Job Summary

Develop value-for-money proposal bids and S&Qs within the High Frequency Sensing Product Portfolio, working with Program Managers, delivery teams, and functional stakeholders (including finance, commercial, supply chain, HR, SHE, quality, and estimating/pricing). Build repeatable proposal processes and templates, coordinate proposal development and reviews, manage risks/opportunities and dependencies, and support smooth handover of proposal information to delivery teams after awards.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop value-for-money proposals (minor bids and S&Qs) within the HF Sensing Product Portfolio.
•Create and maintain a repeatable proposal process, including templates and artefacts, and coordinate/facilitate proposal development meetings.
•Identify and manage risks and opportunities, and work with stakeholders to agree proposal funding (where applicable).
•Coordinate required LCM reviews with Commercial and Finance (phase reviews, request for bid approvals, and cost/price reviews) and develop supporting artefacts (e.g., DAREO register, SOW, time-phased budget, schedule, basis of estimate).
•Engage Supply Chain for potential suppliers/sub-contractors as required and support smooth handover of proposal information to Program Managers or delivery teams after award.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in a similar role.
•Ability to motivate individuals and teams across multiple business areas to deliver project requirements.
•Excellent communication skills adaptable for different audiences.
•Ability to balance conflicting priorities with appropriate stakeholder engagement to meet customer and business needs.
•Strong MS Office skills and experience with ProPricer.
