Job Summary

Lead last-mile delivery for online business channels, ensuring on-time and quality delivery within budget. Manage end-to-end order handling by reviewing daily performance reporting, cancelling and checking pending orders, enrolling drivers in the system, and reallocating delivery resources based on demand. Coordinate with IT and logistics providers to resolve system issues and ensure accurate documents in the Transport Delivery System, while maintaining safety, hygiene, and cash-handling compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure last-mile on-time and quality delivery within the agreed budget for online business channels.
•Review daily reporting for internal/external customers and manage full order operations.
•Liaise with the IT team to resolve issues affecting daily site operations promptly.
•Enrol drivers in the system, cancel orders, check pending orders, and manage delivery vehicle availability and resource reallocation.
•Ensure logistics service providers upload accurate information and documents in the Transport Delivery System while maintaining safety, hygiene, and cash-handling guidelines.

•Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce or Business Administration.
•3–5 years of professional experience working in logistics and supply chain.
