Job Summary

Drive technical sales and provide expert guidance across Finland and Estonia, representing Leviat’s Halfen product portfolio and brickwork support solutions. Lead and support two external sales professionals covering Concrete Precasters and direct construction sales, build relationships with contractors and architects, and offer design input and installation/compliance support. Coordinate with internal engineering, product development, logistics, R&D, and customer service to tailor solutions and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support two external sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and coordination for coverage of Concrete Precasters and Halfen direct construction sales.
•Promote and sell Leviat solutions and Halfen products while ensuring customers receive strong technical and commercial support.
•Provide technical consultation and support on brickwork support systems, including design input, installation guidance, and compliance with local standards.
•Collaborate with internal engineering teams (primarily Sweden) and product development to tailor solutions to customer needs.
•Represent the company in meetings and industry events and negotiate prices and terms with customers.
