Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with pickups and receiving used medical devices, including unloading and unpacking
  • •Inspect items for damage and functionality and accurately document conditions
  • •Record device details (serial numbers, model numbers, conditions) in the inventory management system (e.g., NetSuite)
  • •Organize, label, and store inventory; rotate stock and monitor inventory levels
  • •Support cleaning/basic testing/refurbishing as needed and assist with picking, packing, and shipping orders
