Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop software and provide high-quality support for critical Palantir systems in production.
  • •Participate in scalable systems design and help diagnose, resolve, and prevent production issues with product and forward deployed teams.
  • •Handle monitoring and alerting, configuration management, upgrades, and support operations for Palantir software.
  • •Deploy new Palantir products at customer deployments and perform migrations to newer infrastructure types.
  • •Provide technical troubleshooting support during an on-call schedule and reduce manual operations through automation of workflows/runbooks where possible.

Key Requirements

  • •Build and support production systems with strong troubleshooting skills using observability tools and service logs.
  • •Automate manual tasks and drive ongoing improvements within and across teams.
  • •Work comfortably with large-scale production systems and technologies such as load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, or configuration management.
