Senior Staff Technician (R5289)

Lead hands-on build, integration, and rework of the V-BAT unmanned aircraft prototype across mechanical, electrical, and propulsion systems. Partner with engineering to translate design intent into high-quality hardware by executing complex assemblies, performing avionics and wiring/harnessing integration, and troubleshooting system-level issues. Support rapid prototyping, improve build processes and work instructions, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining safety, quality, and configuration control.
