Configure and maintain Workday Absence Management and core HCM, partnering with HR and Legal to translate policy changes into system configuration. Key Responsibilities

•Configure and maintain absence plans, accrual policies, and time off types in Workday
•Support core HCM functions including org management, job and position data, and business process configuration
•Troubleshoot and resolve absence and HCM-related system issues and employee/manager inquiries
•Partner with HR and Legal to translate policy changes into system configuration
•Collaborate with internal application teams on absence data flows and downstream system impacts

Key Requirements

•2+ years of Workday experience with hands-on Absence & HCM configurations
•Proven ability to independently configure absence and leave plans end-to-end, including accrual logic, carryover rules, and leave of absence management
•Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
•Experience configuring absence management data flows and supporting EIB data loads for adjustments
•Comfort participating in Workday bi-annual release reviews and documenting configurations and test scripts
