Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and manage high-level global strategic relationships and agreements with partner headquarters and central organizations across EMEA.
  • •Develop and execute global 3–5-year strategic account plans, driving profit plan and growth targets in alignment with regional and divisional objectives.
  • •Review, challenge, and ensure Partner Advantage Plan (PAP) proposals and compliance across Country Sales Organizations, including internal/external approvals and CLM usage.
  • •Own account planning, call planning, needs discovery, implementation, business reviews, and regular performance reviews with partner stakeholders.
  • •Lead strategic initiatives (digital transformation, lean supply chain, ESG/sustainability, energy transition) and identify new business opportunities to improve penetration and growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in international sales, sales management, and channel development.
  • •Deep expertise in the electrical distribution industry and route-to-market strategies for indirect sales channels.
  • •Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with channel incentive programs and competitive market practices.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken) and ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional environments.
