Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive program performance to meet/exceed client satisfaction and internal KPIs.
  • •Oversee and actively manage delivery of major programs/projects and provide solutions to client issues.
  • •Share people management responsibilities for approximately 60 department staff; coach project managers and implement succession planning.
  • •Collaborate with client account managers and leadership to grow profitable backlog, budgets, wins/bookings, and capture strategies.
  • •Serve as point of escalation for project issues and drive consistent project management practices aligned with AECOM PDS and QMS requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field plus 10 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
