Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain TCA frameworks across fixed income and equity products, analyzing execution cost drivers and providing real-time visual tools for traders.
  • •Improve quantitative broker performance scorecards to evaluate pricing quality, hit ratios, liquidity provision, responsiveness, and consistency, and support routing decisions.
  • •Conduct research on market microstructure, liquidity dynamics, and trading protocols to improve execution outcomes.
  • •Aggregate and normalize large-scale execution datasets (e.g., TRACE, OMS/EMS, dealer runs) into scalable analytics and reporting pipelines.
  • •Partner with traders and cross-functional teams to analyze trading themes and align analytics solutions with organizational priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •0–4 years of experience in quantitative analytics, data engineering, or financial modeling.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and React; Python experience preferred.
  • •Knowledge of asset classes, portfolio theory, and investment strategies, including strong alignment to investment goals and client needs.
  • •Solid grasp of data analytics concepts (APIs and cloud infrastructure) and tools used for analytics platforms.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Finance); CFA progress is a plus.
