Key Requirements

  • •Relevant senior experience in strategic planning, strategic finance, cost management, workforce strategy, transformation, business performance or a COO/business-management environment.
  • •Strong cost and workforce-planning capability, including forecasting, demand and capacity modelling, productivity, organisational shape, and location considerations.
  • •Advanced analytical and commercial capability to test assumptions and connect growth, customer outcomes, resources, investment, cost and productivity.
  • •Transformation experience across simplification, process redesign, automation, AI, or operating-model change with measurable outcomes.
  • •Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication for board-level presentations, narratives, and decision papers.
