Key Responsibilities

•Lead investigations and regulatory action matters and supervise the conduct of investigations, referrals, complaints assessments and regulatory actions.
•Manage complaints, referrals and mutual assistance matters with internal and external stakeholders.
•Develop, implement and enhance the Enforcement Department policies, procedures and practices; contribute to enforcement policy development.
•Assist in the development and delivery of FSRA/Enforcement strategy and operational plans.
•Provide expert leadership in key practice areas and mentor high-potential talent within the team.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10-12+ years of regulatory enforcement and/or investigations experience
•Strong knowledge and understanding of financial services regulation and applicable laws
•Proven ability to lead investigations and regulatory action matters, with experience in preparing briefs, reports and recommendations
•Experience providing expert leadership in key practice areas and mentoring junior staff
•Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
