Banking Center Relationship Banker 2

Provide customer services in the banking center by processing financial transactions and supporting sales, service, and operations goals. Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers’ financial needs, deepen relationships, and generate leads. Support banking initiatives for growth and profitability, while maintaining compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies. Also supervise and coach fellow relationship bankers, serve as a role model, and help onboard new staff.
