Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical EHS support to satellite manufacturing teams and assist with implementing environmental, health, and safety requirements for satellite and dish production.
  • •Conduct detailed safety reviews for complex hazardous operations to support safe execution.
  • •Lead or assist incident investigations, including follow-up, root cause analysis, and corrective action development and closure.
  • •Develop and maintain compliance programs and procedures covering OSHA/NFPA/NIOSH and related topics such as HAZCOM, confined space, fall protection, LOTO, and radiation/laser safety.
  • •Monitor exposures, inspect facilities and safety equipment, and run environmental compliance audits while supporting safety contingency plans and proactive safety approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •3+ years of experience in the design, development, and operational oversight of environmental, health and safety disciplines.
  • •Strong knowledge and experience interpreting, applying, and documenting federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
  • •Experience with emergency response communication and incident management for hazardous and non-hazardous releases to air, soil, and water.
  • •Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted and work in extreme outdoor environments.
