Key Responsibilities

•Achieve assigned revenue targets and grow new merchant accounts within targeted industry verticals.
•Identify and develop new business opportunities, increasing market exposure and generating leads and RFP opportunities.
•Collaborate with regional teams and partners to drive cross-selling initiatives and expand product coverage across existing accounts.
•Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding and implementation projects, including integrations (e.g., ECR, eCommerce platforms) and customized reporting solutions.
•Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and merchant needs to enhance sales strategies and success rates.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in financial services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
•Strong proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua (written and spoken).
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
