Key Responsibilities

  • •Design how patient, clinician, and insurance information moves between Salesforce and operational tools.
  • •Build and support integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including security, monitoring, and failure recovery.
  • •Develop and maintain long-lasting Salesforce data models and define system ownership for shared information.
  • •Write, review, and debug Salesforce code and automation, and determine whether problems should be solved with code, configuration, or outside Salesforce.
  • •Set technical standards through design review, documentation, or mentoring while collaborating with a small team of builders and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years building on Salesforce, including at least 2 years accountable for design decisions on a large or complex implementation.
  • •Hands-on ability to write, review, and debug Salesforce code and automation, and choose when to use code vs configuration vs non-Salesforce solutions.
  • •Experience designing how Salesforce exchanges data with other systems, including securing, monitoring, and recovering connections when they fail.
  • •Experience designing data models that remain robust over time and deciding which system owns which information when multiple systems touch the same data.
  • •Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders and align teams with competing priorities.
