Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, and develop a world-class team of Success Architects; resource teams to drive customer outcomes across all segments.
  • •Drive customer success through proactive guidance, outcome-focused goals, and operational rigor, including managing CSAT, productivity, time to resolve, and outcome achievement.
  • •Serve as an escalation point for high-severity customer issues and manage customer complaints to ensure timely resolution.
  • •Drive customer adoption and technical health of Data 360 capabilities, including coaching key customer journey milestones and ensuring customers launch and realize continuous value.
  • •Partner cross-functionally across Support, Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Services, Renewals, and Business Operations to improve customer experience and align to success processes.

Key Requirements
