Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate delivery of working software from concept to live using Agile methodologies.
  • •Align business goals with release plans to ensure timely feature delivery.
  • •Arrange and lead agile ceremonies including daily scrum, sprint planning, refinement, discovery, demos, and retrospectives.
  • •Track and communicate sprint and release progress using team velocity and burn-down charts while identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
  • •Enable the CFT to ensure the team has what it needs to deliver and improve processes for better ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong practical experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, as well as XP, BDD and TDD.
  • •Experience delivering complex projects on time, resolving issues at team and organizational levels.
  • •Proven stakeholder management and interpersonal/communication skills, including managing teams effectively.
  • •Experience with estimation techniques and planning for software development projects.
  • •Hands-on exposure across the SDLC (design, coding, test, build, QA, deployment, and maintenance) including service-oriented architecture.
