Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience managing multi-million-dollar sales territory, ideally in building materials or construction industries.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a territory-based role.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to executives and speaking with contractors.
•Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
