Operate BEUMER systems from the control room to monitor conditions, coordinate operations during normal periods and failures, and keep downtime minimal. Provide accurate fault and breakdown reports to technical staff, complete shift handover documentation, and stay in contact with field operations and stakeholders. Track baggage flow performance, oversee manual encoder operator performance, support training, and analyze operational problems to recommend corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate and monitor control room systems, coordinating system and operational activities during normal operations and system failures.
•Report system faults and breakdowns accurately to maintenance/technical staff to support quick resolution and reduced downtime.
•Complete shift change handover reports and elaborate operation shift reports.
•Maintain communication with field operations and other stakeholders to address daily operational problems and questions.
•Monitor system performance (baggage flow) and manual encoder operator performance, including providing technical/procedural training and analyzing problems for corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.

•High-Level control (SAC) skills, plus software documentation and IT network knowledge with strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail.
