Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor business systems operations.
  • •Work within a team of on-site systems support specialists during your shift to ensure coverage of services.
  • •Manage the ticketing progress for technical support services; escalate and resolve logged incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a technical support capacity with hardware support.
  • •Strong understanding of computing configurations, ITIL, infrastructure and the OSI model.
  • •Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
  • •Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and drive incidents to timely resolution.
  • •Ability to follow and create documentation, processes and procedures and work hands-on when required.
