Lead a Financial Center team through a comprehensive onboarding and rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales/Operations Management. Complete a consultative selling roadmap, deepen consumer and small business customer relationships, and guide proactive financial needs assessments to build an integrated book of business across channels. Source, develop, coach, and recognize team members while cultivating a One Bank culture and supporting community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including the consultative selling certification.
•Provide a memorable customer experience and deepen consumer and small business relationships.
•Maintain working knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use a consultative sales process to identify customer/prospect financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Develop and manage an integrated book of business strategy and source, develop, coach, and lead the team; model ethical conduct and support community activities.

Key Requirements

•Complete the FCMA onboarding and roadmap, including the Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
•2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment or a college degree.
