Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement stakeholder management and communication strategies for major transport and infrastructure projects.
  • •Identify, map, analyze, and maintain stakeholder registers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and external stakeholders, building relationships with government entities and utility providers.
  • •Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, presentations, and consultation sessions, and manage stakeholder risks, issues, and concerns.
  • •Prepare stakeholder engagement reports and executive updates; monitor commitments to ensure actions are tracked and closed effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Saudi National.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of professional experience in stakeholder management, stakeholder coordination, or external affairs.
  • •Demonstrated experience on large-scale transport and infrastructure design projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • •Proven track record engaging with public sector authorities, municipalities, transport authorities, utility providers, and regulatory bodies.
