Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach and mentor a team of Customer Managers to fulfill contractual obligations of service and maintenance agreements with regional aviation operators
  • •Lead commercial customer activities from initiation to successful resolution and ensure profitability of contracts
  • •Oversee consolidation of fleet information to deliver engine shop visit forecasting across service center network
  • •Manage a diversified portfolio of fleet customers and operators, using cross-functional skills to deliver best-in-class service
  • •Coordinate relationships with regional operators for shows, events and meetings and support aftermarket program initiatives

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience or Master’s degree with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Administration/Commerce, Aircraft Maintenance, Aerospace Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Mechanical Engineering, International Management, Operations Management, or Finance
  • •Strong data-driven decision making and analytics skills
  • •High degree of autonomy and ability to engage support when needed
