Job Summary

Perform a full range of automotive repairs and diagnostics in Carvana’s Inspection Center, from general maintenance to heavy engine work. Diagnose and repair advanced electrical issues (including electric and hybrid vehicles), handle wheel bearing and axle repairs, and service climate control systems. Work in a fast-paced production environment with state-of-the-art tools, and be prepared for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general to complex automotive repairs across all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work.
•Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles.
•Service vehicle climate control systems, including ACs and heater cores.
•Support production schedules and customer commitments, including being able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment and follow protective gear requirements (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask).
