Key Responsibilities

•Monitor project costs from inception to completion, providing accurate cost projections and detailed reports.
•Collaborate closely with project teams to assess project scope changes, adjusting cost estimates and budgets as needed.
•Review and understand drawings and material take-off issued by project team or contractors. quantity survey capabilities for various disciplines of work such as Structural, Piping, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Coating, etc.
•Perform site inspection to verify quantities / changes for remeasurement and variation claims.
•Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts, offering transparency and insight into budget performance and variances.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years’ experience in quantity surveying within oil & gas and energy sectors, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•10+ years’ experience as be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
•Proficiency in quantity measurement, cost forecasting, reporting, cost management software and advanced Excel skills.
