Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor project costs from inception to completion, providing accurate cost projections and detailed reports.
  • •Collaborate closely with project teams to assess project scope changes, adjusting cost estimates and budgets as needed.
  • •Review and understand drawings and material take-off issued by project team or contractors. quantity survey capabilities for various disciplines of work such as Structural, Piping, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Coating, etc.
  • •Perform site inspection to verify quantities / changes for remeasurement and variation claims.
  • •Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts, offering transparency and insight into budget performance and variances.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years’ experience in quantity surveying within oil & gas and energy sectors, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • •10+ years’ experience as be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
  • •Proficiency in quantity measurement, cost forecasting, reporting, cost management software and advanced Excel skills.
