Key Responsibilities

  • •Support logistics for internal and external events for distribution partners (brokers).
  • •Manage reservations including venues, catering, materials, and technical facilities.
  • •Handle administrative event follow-up such as sending invitations, maintaining participant lists, collecting feedback, and delivering it to stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate with external vendors such as communication agencies, caterers, and event locations.
  • •Assist with invitation copywriting and digital communications, maintain retro-planning, and support FSMA attest and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor- or Master-level study in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a comparable program.
  • •Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a structured working style.
  • •Fluent communication in Dutch and/or French; English is a plus.
  • •Proactive, dynamic, discreet team player who takes initiative.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and availability for a stage of at least 3 months with a school internship agreement.
