Job Summary

Support the Sales team and two Event Managers Brokers by organizing events that strengthen Allianz’s market presence. Help with logistics and reservations, coordinate with external suppliers, and ensure administrative follow-up such as invitations, attendee lists, and feedback delivery. Assist with copywriting for event invitations and track retro-planning and deadlines, including support with FSMA attest and compliance-related requirements.

•Coordinate with external vendors such as communication agencies, caterers, and event locations.
•Assist with invitation copywriting and digital communications, maintain retro-planning, and support FSMA attest and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor- or Master-level study in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a comparable program.
•Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a structured working style.
•Fluent communication in Dutch and/or French; English is a plus.
•Proactive, dynamic, discreet team player who takes initiative.
•Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and availability for a stage of at least 3 months with a school internship agreement.
