Key Responsibilities

•Shape Atlassian's AI Workforce Strategy by defining how AI creates opportunities to elevate human work and redefining unit economics of resourcing.
•Build and operate the Strategic Workforce Modeling Program by designing integrated capacity models and aligning costs of work (employee and AI/token spend) across the org.
•Turn complexity into clarity by translating workforce models into executive-ready narratives and tracking key metrics such as capacity shifts and productivity signals.
•Partner with senior People and business leaders to align workforce strategy with enterprise priorities and design organizations that maximize impact and efficiency.
•Leverage Atlassian’s products and AI-powered tools to build and continuously improve workflows and systems underpinning the workforce strategy.

Key Requirements

•AI-native and analytically rigorous with experience in quantitative analysis, investing, consulting, or similar environments.
•Deep experience in headcount/capacity planning and org design.
•Background in tech and experience in a high-growth technology company.
•Demonstrated experience building workforce models and scenarios that integrate talent, financial, and operational data.
•Executive storytelling and ability to present complex analyses to senior audiences.
