Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain market-making algorithm architecture end to end, including pricing, quoting, hedging, inventory management, and execution logic.
  • •Independently code, test, and deploy trading algorithms for live trading without relying on a dedicated developer.
  • •Develop and run strategies across utility tokens, stablecoins, RWAs, and prediction markets, including absolute-return approaches such as cross-exchange and volatility strategies.
  • •Build and maintain backtesting frameworks with out-of-sample validation and live-vs-backtest reconciliation, plus production monitoring.
  • •Support the live algorithm stack, diagnose production issues quickly, and monitor P&L, drawdown, exposure, leverage, concentration limits, and venue risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience in market making and/or algorithmic trading with deep understanding of quoting, inventory skew, spread management, and hedging logic.
  • •Experience trading live with P&L, inventory, and risk ownership, including manual trading or hedging under stressful market conditions.
  • •Ability to independently design, code, test, and deploy trading algorithms, including production trading systems running in a 24/7 environment.
  • •Strong programming and quantitative skills, with Rust highly preferred; also C++ and Python, plus good knowledge of SQL and Linux command line.
  • •Experience with digital assets and trading across venues/markets (e.g., crypto market making, CEX/DEX, prediction markets) and strong knowledge of risk-adjusted performance (Sharpe, drawdown, attribution, exposure).
