Key Responsibilities

  • •Set schedules for maintenance staff and coordinate timely completion of planned and unplanned maintenance activities using CMMS.
  • •Ensure adherence to GMP/Process Safety Management and relevant regulations and safety/quality policies, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • •Identify needed parts and services, support procurement of replacement parts/repair services, and maintain a maintenance documentation library.
  • •Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly/shutdown schedules to minimize downtime and align work with business plan objectives.
  • •Plan, schedule, and track corrective, predictive, and preventative work requests, prepare maintenance metrics/KPIs, and support audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in operations or business management (preferred) or minimum 3–5 years of related experience.
  • •In-depth experience maintaining facility, laboratory, production, and utility equipment in a manufacturing plant.
  • •Ability to read, analyze, and interpret manufacturing procedures, safety rules, and operating/maintenance instructions in English.
  • •Ability to present scheduling information, respond to employee manufacturing questions, and write manufacturing status reports.
  • •Ability to manage multiple spreadsheets/programs and adjust manufacturing plans as variables change quickly.
