Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive work scopes and shop visit requests from CAMO or Component Planning teams.
  • •Prepare detailed schedules for shop visits and assign daily work targets to workshop technicians.
  • •Monitor progress against plan, adjust schedules as needed, and support TAT commitments.
  • •Coordinate with Quality, Logistics, Tooling, and Stores to ensure parts, tools, and documentation availability.
  • •Track WIP updates in AMOS, escalate delay risks, and prepare post-visit performance reports. Provide direction, coaching, and people-management support to team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • •4+ years of experience in workshop maintenance planning.
  • •Proficiency in building and managing Gantt charts and detailed schedules.
  • •Familiarity with airline or MRO operations, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation.
  • •Experience with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and maintenance software such as AMOS TRAX (AMOS preferred).
