Job Summary

Serve as a technical go-to advisor for phishing defense clients across META, APAC, and Europe, managing strategic technical relationships and driving successful onboarding and implementation. Coordinate with Sales, Support, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Product Management to ensure customer satisfaction and increase product adoption. Provide technical pre-sales support including demos, proof of concepts, health checks, and contribute to security questionnaires, RFI/RFP responses while mentoring the Solutions Consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a technical point of contact and go-to advisor for strategic Cofense clients in META, APAC, and European regions.
•Develop relationships with account stakeholders to understand business and security objectives and support onboarding and implementation.
•Coordinate across Cofense Sales, Support, Implementation, and Product Management to ensure high customer satisfaction.
•Deliver technical pre-sales support including solution demos, Proof of Concepts, and health checks; support security questionnaire, RFI, and RFP documentation.
•Provide architectural and network support for implementing Cofense products and technically mentor the Solutions Consulting team.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on advanced technical experience in computer security and Windows and Linux enterprise infrastructures.
•3+ years supporting customers in Technical Account Management, pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
•Strong technical understanding of enterprise email, mail infrastructure, and email security solutions.
•Experience with technical pre-sales work such as solution demos, Proof of Concepts, and health checks.
•IT security and networking certifications; bachelor’s degree preferred in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
