Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy
  • •Support compliance with state-specific requirements for notary/DMV access and specialty licenses

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of customer-facing experience
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor/outdoor conditions
  • •Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours)
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • •Must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, and have a valid driver’s license (and have or obtain required licenses/notary as specified)
