Key Responsibilities

  • •Finalize accounts of listed entities and assigned private entities and ensure smooth standalone and consolidated audit completion.
  • •Prepare and finalize board reporting deliverables (e.g., Board reports, MD&A, Annual Report) and support audit committee and board meeting requirements.
  • •Perform accounting for business combinations and impairment testing, including PPA/valuation report work with third-party consultants as applicable.
  • •Own balance sheet review, variance analysis, and account reconciliation reviews using Blackline; improve control effectiveness.
  • •Ensure timely statutory compliance reporting and support income tax and external audit assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •CA or CMA with strong academic achievements.
  • •4-8 years of experience with exposure to reporting and FP&A, preferably in a Big 4 accounting firm or industry.
  • •Experience with FP&A and handling financial statements of companies with international presence.
  • •Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and IGAAP/Ind AS and preparation of financial statements.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP (systems knowledge), including HFM.
