Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the regional growth plan, including expansion of key business areas, cross-solution white space, and named strategies to address market opportunities.
  • •Ensure effective sales execution with sub-region and solution line leadership, and own APAC sales pipeline and RFP strategy (pipeline quality, prioritisation, win rates, and major pursuits).
  • •Own and monitor APAC commercial targets and sales incentive plans, ensuring sustainable, profitable revenue growth (including “Power of 4”).
  • •Lead and drive end-to-end sales for major prospects, including executive sponsorship for large clients and prospects.
  • •Partner with pricing, sales enablement, marketing, and enterprise client leadership to deliver go-to-market plans and revenue-generating client solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant senior commercial leadership experience in financial services, professional services, or related markets, ideally across multiple APAC geographies.
  • •Strong understanding of the APAC business environment, macroeconomic factors, and market forces to translate them into commercial opportunities.
  • •Deep understanding of risk and human capital, with a track record of leading complex client relationships and growth initiatives.
  • •Ability to design and implement growth strategies that deliver sustainable revenue growth at scale.
  • •Strong financial competence, including planning, budgeting, pricing, and performance management.
